Vietnam Art Adventure
November 2025. We're heading to Hanoi for a 7-day trip to immerse ourselves in Vietnamese culture - we'll see the sights, indulge in local culinary experiences, and make a deck of playing cards together about our adventure. Are you in?
Season's Dealings Playing Cards
Launching October 2025 - patterns and festive charm vibrantly celebrating the winter season.
Chateau D'Orquevaux
February 2025. I'm thrilled for the chance to spend two weeks living in a chateau in the French countryside, surrounded by other creatives, with the dedicated time and space to work on something new!
Old Tides Playing Cards
November 2024. The Old Tides deck is a curated collection of public domain artworks surrounding the theme of water. Design elements by yours truly 🙋♀️ with help from your input during the design process! Now available for collection.
Adobe MAX 2024
I presented a virtual session for Adobe MAX, the world renowned design conference, where I explored the narrative design layers behind my At the Table playing cards. The session showcased how this passion project evolved into a commercial success by weaving real stories, cross-cultural education, and audience participation to foster emotional connection. I also shared my favorite Illustrator tips and workflows, offering insights for designers on crafting engaging, storytelling-driven designs.
Pitchfork Music Festival
In summer 2024, I had the exciting task of designing posters for the Pitchfork Music Festival in collaboration with White Claw. As a Chicagoland native and lifelong fan of the arts, this project was an opportunity to celebrate connections—whether through shared musical discoveries, conversations over meals, or the joy of communal experiences like festivals.
At the Table Playing Cards
Completed in 2023 in response to the Covid pandemic, the At the Table playing cards are, aptly named, a celebration of the Table and the ways we gather around it.
The Hoxton Chicago
For several months in the Spring of 2023, I solo-exhibited at The Hoxton, Chicago, showcasing a selection of cards from my At the Table playing cards series. The deck is all about the universal experience of connecting across a table, with some of the selected works being based off of contributions coming from an international audience of project followers. The Hoxton, known for its thoughtful design and global appeal, was the perfect setting to highlight the stories behind each card.
